These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and jjj5 ("jjj5", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the jjj5 website located at https://jjj5.org, including all games, sports betting markets, payment services, promotional offers, and any other features or content made available through the platform.

By accessing the jjj5 website, registering an account, making a deposit, claiming a bonus, or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. To register and maintain a jjj5 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

jjj5 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. Approved registrations may be subject to enhanced due diligence ("EDD") at jjj5's discretion, particularly where the player's identity, age, or source of funds cannot be readily verified.

Your jjj5 account is personal to you and may not be shared with, transferred to, or used by any other person. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including all bets placed and transactions initiated.

You must keep your jjj5 login credentials — including your password and any OTP codes sent to your registered mobile number — strictly confidential. jjj5 will never ask you to disclose your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. jjj5 may suspend, restrict, or permanently close an account where:

jjj5 operates a PKR-native wallet. All deposits, account balances, bets, winnings, and withdrawals are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion is applied, and no foreign exchange fees are charged by jjj5 on standard PKR transactions.

Bank transfers may take up to one working day depending on your bank's processing times.

jjj5 reserves the right to request additional source-of-funds documentation for withdrawals that exceed certain thresholds, in accordance with its anti-money laundering ("AML") obligations. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in the withdrawal being delayed or the account being suspended pending further review.

Deposits that cannot be matched to a verified jjj5 account will be returned to the originating payment method. jjj5 is not responsible for deposit failures caused by errors in payment details provided by the player, or for delays caused by third-party payment processors outside jjj5's control.

All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, which are published on the relevant promotion page and take precedence over these general Terms where there is any conflict.

Unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion's terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all jjj5 promotions:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the promotion terms before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements vary by promotion and are clearly stated on each offer page.

In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail.

jjj5 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all non-live casino games. Live dealer games are conducted by real human dealers operating from studio environments and are subject to the live studio's operating procedures as well as jjj5's platform rules.

Game outcomes are final once a round or hand is completed. jjj5 does not adjust, reverse, or void completed game rounds except in the following limited circumstances:

• A game was made available in error and was not authorised for real-money play.
• The round was played in violation of these Terms (for example, using prohibited software or exploiting a known bug).

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session, jjj5's decision on the correct resolution is final. Where a game cannot be completed due to a network interruption on the player's side, the round will typically be resolved according to the game's normal completion logic. jjj5 is not liable for losses resulting from the player's own internet connection or device issues.

jjj5 offers sports betting markets including cricket, PSL, tennis, and other sports. The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on the jjj5 platform.

Bet Placement: A sports bet is not confirmed until jjj5 issues a bet confirmation reference number. If a bet confirmation is not received — for example due to a connectivity issue — the bet should be treated as not placed. Players must verify their bet history in the account panel before assuming a bet is active.

Odds: All odds displayed on jjj5 are correct at the time of display but may change before a bet is confirmed. jjj5 offers both fixed odds and starting price markets depending on the event. Where odds change between bet placement and confirmation, jjj5 will notify the player and offer the option to accept the revised odds or cancel the bet.

Event Cancellations: If a sports event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before the relevant market's settlement criteria are met, jjj5 will void all unsettled bets related to that event and return stakes to player accounts. Where a match is partially completed and the relevant market outcome has already been determined (for example, the first innings in a cricket match), jjj5 reserves the right to settle at its discretion in accordance with its sports betting rules.

In-Play Betting: In-play (live) betting markets are available on selected events. jjj5 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time without notice, particularly where live data feeds are delayed or unavailable. Bets placed on suspended markets will be voided and stakes returned.

Maximum Winnings: jjj5 reserves the right to impose maximum payout limits on sports betting markets. Where a player's potential payout exceeds the applicable maximum, jjj5 may reduce the stake proportionally or decline the bet. Maximum payout limits are displayed on applicable markets.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jjj5 platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. jjj5 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, withhold pending withdrawals, and take any further action permitted by law.

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity, age, or contact information during registration or KYC verification; impersonating another person; or using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods.
• Money Laundering: Using the jjj5 platform to deposit, move, or withdraw funds for the purpose of concealing their criminal origin. jjj5 is obligated to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities.
• Multiple Accounts: Registering more than one jjj5 account for any purpose, including claiming duplicate bonuses.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting bonus structures, using automated software to fulfil wagering requirements, or engaging in any form of coordinated bonus farming.
• Collusion: Colluding with other players in poker, live dealer, or any other game format to gain an unfair advantage.
• Use of Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated means to interact with jjj5 games or betting markets.
• Exploitation of Errors: Taking advantage of a known software bug, pricing error, or system malfunction to generate profits. Winnings derived from exploited errors will be voided.

jjj5's total liability to you in any twelve-month period shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jjj5 account during that same period. This limitation applies whether the claim is based on breach of contract, negligence, or any other legal theory.

jjj5 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — for example, changes affecting your rights as a player, the bonus structure, or the withdrawal process — jjj5 will provide at least seven days' notice before the revised Terms take effect. These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised gaming compliance standards and the laws applicable to jjj5's operating jurisdiction.

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer where such rights cannot be contractually excluded under applicable law.
